  I've been purchasing chicks since I was a little girl with this store. You used to be able to get a view of them and pick them out yourself. While I understand they have new rules about employees getting them for buyers, i'minfuriated. I was given chcks in poorer health than others that I normally wouldn't have grabbed. I always check for external problems or odd behavior. I've already had two sick babies since bringing them home. This is the very first time ever having problems with chicks from the store. I have a chick falling on her back repeatedly unable to get up on her own and someone has removed fuzz from another's bottom when cleaning them. They suggested medication and between multiple stores I've paid almost more than half what I paid for my chicks in medications trying to keep them Alive. This is beyond infuriating as a long time chick buyer of your store. I understand precautions are in place but as a responsible buyer I want to see what I'm getting before you're boxing it up and what condition they're in at the store to know if they're healthy. I don't think my little chick is going to live through this, tractor supply has wasted my time, has sent me on a wild goose chase over this chick, and caused hurt that could've been avoided. My heart is breaking for this baby. I have to just sit and watch her die because hey wouldn't allow me to walk in the gate and see the baby birds active to know which ones were good choices. A smal thing to keep someone out of this misery.
